Interesting Placement

This is more of an observation, but the TGI Firdays in my area placed a urinal in a very unusual place.

You walk into the restroom (after having some drinks at the bar during happy hour) and see a very normal looking public restroom. There are two urinals on the wall to your right with a wall as a partition (very nice). The stalls are directly ahead in the back. Sinks on left. Nothing unusual right?
