Drinking and not having much care about what you are going to do next leads to some stupid things. Such as, leaving the bar to go home, walking pass an available cab, and then simply deciding to walk home because you can't find a cab.

In this case, walking home was extremely stupid because my friend and I were about 10-15 miles away from his place. At the time though, we did not even consider how far it was and did not really care.

During our walk, we inevitably had to pee (usually what happens when you have been drinking and now walking for an hour or so). Well lucky for us, we came upon a park along side the street. I decided to go simple and just choose a bush in the corner, my friend on the other hand decided to choose the pond. Why did he decided the pond? I still don't know why, but I do know he regretted it (continue reading to find out why, but I am sure you know by now).

Once the park was done serving its purpose, we continued to walk down the street. It was at this time my friend decided to stop and tell me something is wrong.

"So you know how I was over by the pond.....well as I was going my foot kinda slipped.....yea my whole leg went in..."

I obviously had to immediately start laughing and then look. His entire leg was covered in mud and soaking wet. Not to mention, he was wearing nice pants and shoes.

He did not want to walk anymore so we hailed a cab in the middle of the street. We had only gotten about half way home at this point and the cab turned out to be more expensive then if we had just gotten the cab in the first place (yet another stupid thing).

So the lesson here is kids....don't go complicated, keep it simple and go with the bush.

Note: His shoe was completely ruined in the end so he had to get rid of the shoes!
