Participating in an activity at an outdoor location creates the most difficult time to find a Public Restroom. Most guys face the dilemma of following the rules of society or what crosses every guys' mind...'the bush over there will work just fine.'
In most cases the bush idea is not a good one. There is the chance of being fined and/or arrested for 'InDecent Exposure.' It may also be the case the place is crowded, resorting in finding the restroom. Women do not face the same dilemma, but in any case they must also find the Public Restroom.
The predicament with finding the Public Restroom in outdoor locations is there are so few of them.. because.... your outdoors. Once the restroom is found, which is always at the farthest point from where you were when you started looking, you wonder when the last time the cleaning crew came through. You know the chances are it has been awhile since it was last cleaned. However, its the only one around.
These restrooms are always covered in water (at least you hope), particularly at the beach due to the ocean being right there. But what about the restrooms that are not right on top of the ocean? This plainly creates an uncomfortable feeling for the entire experience.
Once you head back to whatever you were doing at the far location from the restroom, you think to yourself: 'Was it really worth all this effort?' In some cases, most definitely YES, but you may consider the bush next time.
Everyone has been to a Beach, Campground, Park, Tailgate Party, or any other outdoor location and been in need of finding a restroom. Tell your story - even if it was you or "someone you know" who chose the 'bush' - or comment on others stories.
You may just help someone find the restroom a little easier or cause the cleaning crew to go in more often.
