Man--I've got to say that when your obligations and the will of nature conflict, nothing but bad news will come of it.  Today I was stuck in a one hour meeting; about 1/2 way through, I had to shit like no one's business.  So, the problem is I can't leave.  I'm stuck and must wait.  Secondly, I was on the busiest floor where there are only two urinals and one stall.  I was resorted, after holding a shit for 1/2 an hour, to sprint up the stairs to the next floor to:

1.  Have access to a restroom.

2.  Have some level of privacy to rid myself of the exposive shits.

It was bad, man. Seriously...

The lesson, when nature calls, let nature win.  Damn....
