Has anybody ever come accross somebody who actually pees with their pants down?
It's very awkward to witness, and one almost feels inclined to inform the violator of such an obvious rule to pull his pants up; of course, this is can only be done after both individuals are done peeing.
I have ventured into the male bathroom a few times, just cause I hate waiting in a line that long to pee and the only people I have seen at a urinal or in a stall with pants all the way to the grounded were children. I can't imagine how much you would have to love the site of your own butt to want to show everyone else it while you pee, Aren't the bottoms like and extra defense against the onlookers? Isn't the floor under the urinal pretty nasty, would want your pants to touch it?
