A while back, perhaps back in October, a peer of the site, Beer Master, created a post describing a couple who hooked up in the bathroom. In this particular post, Beer master mentioned that it was not correct to hold up the line; in his words ,'don't block your peeing patron.'
I agree with this, the restroom line should not be held up, but hooking up in public is not always a bad thing. So my question:
When and where is this appropriate?
Is it ever appropriate to do so in public restroom?
Could somebody enlighten me?
Most of the time the "Hook-up" in public is a spontaneous action and its a, I have to have you right this second, type of thing. I believe as long as you are not in a very public always busy restroom anytime is appropriate, but if there are lines then it is not the time. I personally am not a fan of the public restroom idea (specially bars they are normally really disgusting and putting your happy parts near that sounds bad) but a counter top in a restaurant restroom where you can lock people out works fine. I believe there are many places in public that sex can occur and be fun and appropriate other then a restroom but the restroom has a bit more privacy then most, but really you are doing it in public area so does privacy really matter? Would you your self ever take someone to a restroom to have sex or have you? Does someone have a real life experiences to bring us all to light? I personally have had sex in many a public places but a restroom is not on that list.
FullBlater is right... if you have to have them right there and then, go for it. Who really cares if it is appropriate!? Isn't this the fun of doing it in a public place.
My only personal stipulation, is it has to be a clean restroom and there can't be a constant flow of traffic, like what you would see in a bar.
Obviously this isn't appropriate, so there is no appropriate place or time.
