I was listening to the radio one morning on the way into work and they were calling a man to see why he never call their friend back for a second date. The man said it was because she had taken a part of her muffin and coffee into the restroom and that was gross. He just couldn't get past it so he said good-bye and never called her. The way the woman explained it was, they were getting ready to go, her coffee had a lid and I believe she said the muffin was in a to-go bag, and he didn't offer to hold the stuff so she can pee so she just took it in there. The radio DJ talked about poop particles in the air getting on everything.

Here is the question; How do you feel about any food or beverage in the restroom public or not? Would you have the same reaction this man did?

I for one feel that there is a line to be drawn when taking food into a restroom. A dinner plate in a bathroom is gross and wrong to me, honestly who can poop and eat food?

I also have hear of a story where a man walk into a bathroom and sees a co-worker holding his stuff with one hand and has a plate of wings in the other ... in this situation still no good to me.

I feel differently about a beverage, covered is better but honestly I have taken a beer into the bathroom with me and don't find it to be as big a deal as food.

I for one think anyone

I for one think anyone bringing food into a public restroom is disgusting. Why would you want to eat the food after seeing the disgust all around you and knowing your food was just surrounded by it? Honestly, where can you put the food?

I would have to agree with you.... the only thing I would be OK with is a beer. It is really the only thing as far as food or beverages goes that I have brought into a bathroom with me (its OK because its extremely important, you don't want to lose your beer. Plus it is in a bottle with just one little opening, which is partially covered by my mouth because I am drinking it at the same time).

Otherwise, I would have to agree with the dude leaving the chick. Although, if he had just held the food for a minute the problem would have been solved.

Yeah; it pretty much is quite disgusting

This perhaps should one of the rules; no food in the restroom.

With the exception of beer, for the purpose of preserving the coveted substance, no liquids should be allowed either.

However, this rule needs an addendum; beer is OK to take with you only if you really can't finish it first and then go. If it's possible to finish the beer and then make use of the restroom, then this course of action should be taken. If it's legitimately the case that one can not wait while drinking the curiously refreshing adult beverage, then they ought to make use of the restroom.

Indeed while it is a Man Law, this rule should apply to women as well.

Wasted beer is not funny, and in all cases, inappropriate.
