Never put it on the floor, most girls stalls have a hook to hang the purse if not a small shelf and finally if not there then you look for the toilet paper holder, if not then the neck but never floor.
How uncomfortable is it to have a purse hanging over your neck while your sitting on the toilet?
I would hate that.
I personally hold it on my lap never really put it around my neck (oh wait once at the renaissances festival but it was a really small and not filled one) but if you have ever seen some of the girls and their purses they seem f**king heavy and would probably uncomfortable
