I'm posting in this category because there is no hotel room tab. However, this post completely pertains to a hotel room. Recently I stayed at a Double Tree Hotel in California. The room was excellent; enough room to handle four people, and less than a five minute walk from the beach. I should not complain, right? Wrong! The restroom was absolutely non-private! If simply around other guys, who cares.... But there was a lady staying with us, and if one of us had a case of the Beer Shits then there was no way to hide it. It was bad enough that you could hear somebody peeing even if you were in at the farthest end away from the restroom.
So one could raise the following question---what characteristics of the restroom made terrible? Put simply, it was a thin scrappy door and therefore not sound proof. Even worse it didn't lock!! I would recommend for all hotel rooms to take note of this. Although people typically stay in rooms with good friends, there are just some combinations of friends (Men and Women together) that need to be accommodated for!
